Depression/anxiety help…..?

Im 17 and i have severe anxiety and depression. I was looking for a chatroom for teens that are dealing with depression but i couldnt find any. Even if i had found one i have trouble talking unless someone is asking me questions or if they start the conversation.

So my question is Do they have a chat room for teens who are dealing with depression/anxiety?

or is there someplace or someone else that i could talk to online of course?

i deal with depression alot so i know how it feels and i have bipolar disorder II and im 16 and i dont have meds…. so its kind of hard to deal with it and no i dont know if any chats like that sorry
